A new basement level was created to house a gym, games room, media lounge and swimming pool. The main basement feature was a steel/timber/glass bridge leading over the pool to an external courtyard directly linking to the garden above.
A sophisticated design was implemented on the upper floors, encompassing a bespoke staircase with glass spindles and leather wrapped handrail plus a stunning kitchen manufactured to our client’s rigorous requirements. This included visits to the factory in Germany to personally select veneers and internal finishes.
