At the time of purchasing this beautiful period property in Kensington a few years ago our client decided only to carry out some minor internal refurbishments.
Over the last couple of years we have completed various minor repairs and improvement works, however towards the end of last year it was decided to create a new kitchen space that worked for their family. At the same time they wanted to change the jacuzzi tile finishes and redecorate the swimming pool walls and ceiling.
Working in collaboration with Poggenpohl we removed their existing kitchen, amended some internal walls, altered electrical and plumbing supplies, installed a new engineered wooden floor and redecorated the entire kitchen/living space.
All these works were co-ordinated around the new kitchen lead-times, with all works being completed in 7 weeks.
