Red Square was appointed to design and build this impressive private residence set in 7.5 acres of ground. Our team handled the entire process, providing a single point of contact and full accountability throughout the 18 month project.
The main house consists of 7,400 sqft over three floors of living accommodation above ground, with a further 7,300 sqft at lower ground level comprising a leisure area with cinema room, swimming pool, steam room, gym and large garage.
The surrounding land was fully landscaped, involving the creation of driveways, soakaways, outbuildings and over 2,500 tonnes of new top soil to create grassy banks, a ‘ha-ha’, and all soft landscaping. The wrought iron railings, timber fencing and grand entrance gates added the finishing touches.
